VeriCool visitor management has been designed specifically to offer a faster, smarter, and more secure way to manage visitors in schools, academies and colleges.

The VeriCool Visitor and Staff Management System Includes.

Students and staff scan their QR code or tap their Mifare card or place their finger on the relevant reader to sign in or out.

Sign-in will automatically be aborted for anyone on the list and following this, an alert will be sent to inform relevant staff of an attempt to enter the site.

Visitors enter their details and agree to any policies set by the school, before being presented with details of the person they are meeting.

SwiftSign will generate an evacuation report for all individuals on site and can also generate various reports including staff and contractors’ hours onsite.

A message is emailed to the member of staff to verify their visitor is waiting in reception for them.

As the solution is web based, this makes the evacuation report accessible from outdoor emergency meeting points without having to print off any lists (Tablet, smart phone etc).

A red flag list can also be created within the system to ensure anyone not permitted to enter the school cannot.

From start to finish Vericool showed their knowledge and understanding of our school environment. We are pleased with the way that the Vericool system has quickly established itself in the school. We have a large number on free school meals. The card, used by all, has removed the stigma of them being ticked off a list. Takings are up and queues reduced. Some parents have told us that they like being able to see what their child has eaten by checking on line. They can also be sure that whatever they have given their child is spent at school rather than at local shops. The system also allows us to control what certain students eat. For example if their parents have informed us of foods they cannot eat the system will tell us this prior to purchase.

We came to the realisation that only 30% of students who were entitled to Free School Meals were accessing the facility. We quickly realised that cash had to go and started our research into possible solutions. VeriCool met our objectives for simplicity and speed of turnaround and were extremely thoughtful. Vericool provided ongoing support to staff and students along with providing necessary training. Since installing the VeriCool solution, the number of students who now access the canteen facilities is on average 86% per day.

We now have VeriCool in and our staff are getting to grips with it and are seeing the benefits of the change.
