VeriCool SwiftQ allows all of our software modules to be run through the web rather than as an application and we supply all our software as a site licence so you can decide where you run it and who has access to it but without incurring additional costs.

You can decide where to run the software and on what device as all of our software is supplied as a site licence.

Our till software runs in isolation of a network so if they lose network connection they will continue to function and enable catering staff to record students and meals taken.

You can provide your own hardware (Subject to a minimum till specification) which helps you save money and reuse older hardware.

As the UK’s leading education-based cloud hosted provider of cashless catering software we pride ourselves on the hosted service we offer although we can offer a school server-based option if required.

If you decide to purchase the hardware from us, we provide a 36-month advanced swap warranty as standard.

If you are part of a MAT, Council or caterer with multiple sites we offer centralised menu management and reporting as a no cost option giving you the ability to have an overview of data and menus from any location across the UK.

All software we offer has been developed in conjunction with our clients to ensure we deliver what they want and not what we think they want.

We offer various forms of identification on the till, whether mobile or static. These include photo look up, name look up, finger biometric, Mifare and Desfire and PIN entry.

We offer a raft of standard reports as well as a bespoke reporting option giving you the opportunity to create your own reports.

We can provide a one stop solution for you which includes multiple solutions including online payments for dinner, trips, shop purchases…in fact anything you might want to sell, student and visitor sign in, integrated vending with a biometric or Mifare interface and online pre-order of all food items.

We are pleased with the way that the Vericool system has quickly established itself in the school. We have a large number on free school meals. The card, used by all, has removed the stigma of them being ticked off a list. Takings are up and queues reduced. Some parents have told us that they like being able to see what their child has eaten by checking on line. They can also be sure that whatever they have given their child is spent at school rather than at local shops. The system also allows us to control what certain students eat. For example if their parents have informed us of foods they cannot eat the system will tell us this prior to purchase.

We came to the realisation that only 30% of students who were entitled to Free School Meals were accessing the facility. We quickly realised that cash had to go and started our research into possible solutions. VeriCool met our objectives for simplicity and speed of turnaround and were extremely thoughtful. Vericool provided ongoing support to staff and students along with providing necessary training. Since installing the VeriCool solution, the number of students who now access the canteen facilities is on average 86% per day.

We now have VeriCool in and our staff are getting to grips with it and are seeing the benefits of the change.
