The VeriCool Visitor and Staff Management System Includes.
Students and staff scan their QR code or tap their Mifare card or place their finger on the relevant reader to sign in or out.
Sign-in will automatically be aborted for anyone on the list and following this, an alert will be sent to inform relevant staff of an attempt to enter the site.
Visitors enter their details and agree to any policies set by the school, before being presented with details of the person they are meeting.
SwiftSign will generate an evacuation report for all individuals on site and can also generate various reports including staff and contractors’ hours onsite.
A message is emailed to the member of staff to verify their visitor is waiting in reception for them.
As the solution is web based, this makes the evacuation report accessible from outdoor emergency meeting points without having to print off any lists (Tablet, smart phone etc).
A red flag list can also be created within the system to ensure anyone not permitted to enter the school cannot.
